Many realtors I worked with before were sale-oriented, and at some point they 'softly' (sometimes strongly) tried to nudge us to buy a particular place. Dustin never nudged us. He took time explaining the pros and cons of each place and double- and triple-checked all the details of places and contracts to make sure we were comfortable even though sometimes it means it took more time to close. 4. Knowing that we were purchasing remotely, he went above and beyond to volunteer as the local coordinator for our contractors so it was easier for them to schedule visits. He also constantly checked in on our house to make sure everything went alright. He even offered to deep-clean our house for free as a housewarming gift for us I really want to thank him so much for being such an excellent realtor and helping us on this journey!
